Chipotle Cheese Ball

  • 3/4 cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 TBS Mountain Valley Creamy Chipotle


  1. Sprinkle Bacon in a shallow baking dish. Set aside.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and chipotle seasoning in a large bowl until well blended. Mix in the Mexican cheese blend.
  3. Divide the mixture into 2 or 3 portions and roll each portion into a ball. Roll each ball in the bacon until completely covered.
  4. Wrap individually with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
